My sister is 15 years old, doesn’t go to school, skips, goes with her loser boyfriend, does not listen to my mom or dad. My mom has kind of given up on her, and my father hasn’t benn in her life since she was 4 she doesn’t even pay attention to him. I have tried talking to her but nothing works. We need to send her somewhere where she can get her act straight. A boot camp, troubled teen school preferably free or low charge. We live in Houston, TX

I hate to say it, but it’s her mothers fault. A parent should NEVER give up on a child, that’s just lazy parenting. She could have prevented all of this, you know.
She’ll learn on her own, she’s old enough. She will find out that she’s hurting herself and destroying her future & that will make her get her act together.
